- Try to make questions submitting once a week… I do many things in SL
- If you must you can send note card to directly to Floatie Hock… Make sure the word “Question” is in the title or my might delete it thinking it is spam.

Dear MamaFlo,
i keep having major issues with people that dont speak english. i speak english only. and its in my profile that i dont speak anything else. with the exception of programming. lol. but customers purchase my items then need help. i always try to help them cause a happy customer is a return customer. but they treat me as if it is mandatory that i learn their language. how can i get it through to these people that i only speak english and that if they need help they should consult a third party translator?
